DEHN France is one the 23 subsidiaries of DEHNgroup and is in charge of marketing and sales activities in the French territory and in Maghreb countries. The DEHN France team is in charge to sell and execute engineering services to key accounts in several industries and to design, to promote and to sell lightning protection solutions to very diverse customer groups and market segments. DEHN France headquarter is located is the Strasbourg area. 

Your Tasks

  • Marketing studies to identify and qualify promising market segments and their stakeholders
  • Identification of customer needs and behaviors in the various market segments
  • Development and implementation of sales initiatives in coordination with the sales team
  • Deal with customers on scout projects and close successfully the opportunities
  • In implementation phase, guide the sales team towards the customer groups and identify clear prospection targets
  • Developing new or expanded business models with the aim of penetrating existing markets more strongly, but also developing new markets
  • Analysis, evaluation, and cooperation on further development of the strategic directions of DEHN France
  • Communicate and exchange within the Business Developer network of DEHNgroup
  • Initiating and supporting trade fairs, congresses, and seminars in cooperation with the sales team and marketing department
  • High level of travel

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable training and further education
  • You have a significant experience in marketing and selling electrical equipment in infrastructure markets or in energy markets
  • You have been exposed already to the job of Business Developer
  • You love to apply and expand your technical knowledge both theoretically and practically
  • You always think in a customer-centric and entrepreneurial way
  • You enjoy implementing strategic directions and leading them to success by closing cutting-edge opportunities
  • You value dialog and cooperation with customers, whether on the construction site or at the executive level
  • You enjoy working in a team and are open-minded and happy to travel
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English
  • You stand up for your ideas and can also represent them in a respectful manner within the team
